What we collect when you use 7awish, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. What we collect
Name, email, phone and delivery address when you order; your account details; and basic usage data such as pages viewed. We use privacy-friendly analytics with no advertising cookies.
2. Why we use it
To deliver your order, give you access to the course, provide support, and — only if you agree — send you occasional emails about new projects.
3. Payment data
Card details are entered on the payment gateway’s secure page. We receive only a confirmation and the last digits of the card — never the full number.
4. Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the store: the payment gateway, the delivery company, the email service and the hosting provider. We do not sell personal data. These are our payment gateway, our delivery partner, our email provider, and our hosting and database providers.
5. Cookies
Cookies keep you signed in and remember your cart and language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
6. How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as accounting rules require; account data until you ask us to delete it. Order records are kept for 7 years; contact messages for 24 months.
7. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Write to info@raedmethod.com and we will respond within 14 days.
8. Children
Accounts are for adults. A parent can buy a box for a child, but the account stays in the parent’s name.
9. Security
The site runs over SSL and passwords are stored encrypted. Only Raed and authorised team members can access customer data, through protected admin accounts.
